We want you to love everything from Aluma Baby. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

Changed your mind?

Under UK law you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the return and offer you a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return

Email hello@alumababy.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, as some pieces are sent from our partner makers.

Refunds

Once we've received your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns we refund the item price and the standard delivery cost of your original order (if you chose a faster option, we refund the standard rate).

Your rights

None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
