We deliver to addresses across the UK.

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Some pieces are sent directly from our UK partner makers, so items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. We'll email you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, so you'll always see the price before you pay.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email hello@alumababy.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
