These terms apply to every order placed on alumababy.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Aluma Baby is a UK online shop for baby clothes and little gifts. You can contact us at hello@alumababy.com.

Orders

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Your contract with us begins when we email to say your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If so, we'll let you know and refund anything you've paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Product information

We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences may occur. Please check our size guide before ordering.

Safety

Please follow the care and safety information on each product and on our Care & safety page. Always supervise your baby, and never leave loose items such as muslins or towels in a cot.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details, including faulty items, are in our Refund policy.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
